You are a HR Manager who is looking for a role where you can make an impact whilst maintaining a work life balance!

You bridge the gap between senior leaders and employees.
If I were to list the 3 main aspects of the role they would be
?? Employee relations
?? Recruitment & Induction
?? Ensuring that the HR strategy is in line with the business strategy
You will either be qualified by experience of have obtained CIPD level 5 or above, and be someone who keeps themselves full up to date with employment law and legislation.
We are looking for someone who can be creative with employee engagement, finding weird and wonderful ways (within reason) to retain talent and increase employee engagement.
The company has strong historical foundations they are approaching their 150th anniversary, as HR Manager you will be there at the side of the Senior leadership team to celebrate and recognise the company's achievements and values whilst maintaining employee engagement and put strategic plans in place to take the business to the next level to do what is necessary to embrace the future.
Working for a recognised brand their products can be found globally in a variety of settings, the range of customers that they work with varies from high profile clientele to high street, makes this an incredibly diverse and unique business.
