Providing construction and property consultancy across the majority of industry sectors - this role will particularly focus on Education, Community, Health & Commercial projects.
This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to really diversify their skill range and develop as an Architectural professional - working in collaboration with the architectural team through all RIBA work stages, assisting with the production of working drawings, schedules, specifications and Building Regulations information.
Graduate Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Recognised Architectural Technologist degree
Experience of working drawing packages - desirable
Understanding of UK Building Regulations
Ability with Revit and knowledge with the use of Sketch Up
Ambition and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
The successful Architectural Technologist will receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the range of GBP25-GBP30k dependant on experience.
