A highly successful, family-owned business which has a great reputation of being committed to its employees, are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. Based in Ipswich, the role will involve working in a small team, assisting with the provision of HR support to the business. Duties will include:

  • Maintaining HR records/files
  • Training coordination
  • Recruitment coordination and inductions
  • Maintaining absence records
  • General HR administration
  • HR project work

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience gained in an HR environment and possess strong administration skills. You will have well developed communication skills and have the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and be able to multi-task, providing proactive support in a busy environment.
