We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitivesalary of GBP20,467 per annum (GBP9.84 per hour), plus great benefits.

As our Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards.

The role will be working 40 hours a week and flexibility is required between 7am-9pm Monday to Sunday, or 6am-11pm Monday to Sunday.

Main responsibilities as our Customer Service Representative will include:

- Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests to include but not limited to card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients

- Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes

- Entering required data into client provided systems and databases

- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution

- Beginning to build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve cardholder inquiries

What we're looking for in our Customer Service Representative:

- Ability to acquire and apply job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks

- Experience working on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but able to recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making

- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments. Able to work under close supervision
