HR Analyst

Are you a HR professional who thrives when looking at the analytics behind the company? Are you excellent on Excel, using pivot tables to show your findings?

This position sits in a HR Team of 6 people (grown from 3 in the last 6 months), of a busy, thriving business.

The main purpose of this role is working with and manipulating management data to provide key insights to employee data (salary averages, absence rates, attrition etc). Because of this, you're going to need advanced level excel skills.

On top of this you will support managers in the business with HR processes, ensuring the accurate and compliant recording of HR procedures. You are going to be entrusted with dealing with highly confidential information, so discretion plays a massive part of this role.

This means you are going to be a highly organised, process-driven team-player who takes pride in getting the job done to high quality standards. You're also going to be a smooth communicator, as you will be dealing with people of all levels of the business.

Having a CIPD level qualification (min level 3) would be really helpful, but this company will encourage and financially support professional development for you. You will be reporting in to someone who is extremely keen to develop and teach you best HR practice.

This family business started 12 years ago and have ambitions of it becoming one of the biggest retailers in the UK. With head count growth of 50 to 200 people in just 3 years, they're well on their way. This includes 40 people in the last 6 months alone.

You'll need to be able to work in the offices based in Banbury. They have a very sensible approach to the mix of home and office working, but it's reasonable to expect to spend more time in the office than home.

You get a salary of up to GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 which you may end up spending a chunk on the companies' products thanks to their hefty staff discount! Your holiday allowance will also go up for each year of service!
