Our client based in Woking are seeking a Digital Account Manager who can bring experience and ideas to the company.

The Digital Account Manager involves:

• Acting as the main point of contact for Digital and SharePoint clients
• Being responsible for relationship and all client communication
• Working closely with the production team
• Running and participation of Daily Planner and weekly team meetings
• Supporting the Digital Account Management Team Lead with reporting and resource management
• Overseeing the creative aspects of digital content production
• Consulting clients to merge offline activities with online solutions
• Managing client expectations on deliverables
• Working with Digital Project Managers
• Supporting the Digital Marketing team to ensure every brief received is correct
• Monitoring and updating tasks for production team in task management
• Working closely with the designer and content administrators to ensure the client brief is met to best and towards agreed timelines

The ideal Digital Account Manager will:

• Have previous account management experience
• Maintain excellent client relationship building skills
• Have good presentation skills
• Maintain a good knowledge of digital trends
• Have experience with SEO, PPC, Social Media, E-marketing, etc.
• Be organised with great attention to detail
• Have excellent time management skills
• Work well under pressure
• Be focused and able to deliver
• Work with confidence and be able to pitch new ideas
• Previously have worked with projects
• Have knowledge in updating web content using a Web Content Management System
• Be educated to University degree
