Junior Marketing Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled marketer to join a well established and growing company as a Junior Marketing Manager. The role will involve taking responsibility for lead generation and promotion of the brand as the driving force of an exciting new marketing strategy.
Role and responsibilities:
* Promotion of products and services across multiple platforms and media types
* Creating, writing and publishing content for social media, blogs, ads and promotional material
* Managing an external SEO agency and maintaining our website
* Event scheduling, co-ordination, and logistics
* Supporting business development and driving audience engagement
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver content and marketing strategies which
* Planning social media campaigns and marketing strategy in advance
* Utilising the CRM to document marketing activity and ROI
* Creating and submitting business cases for new marketing strategies or events to management
* Organising events, attendees and copy for remote or on-site events to meet all supplier deadlines
* Marketing Campaign Management: Understanding of campaign life cycle, assisting in developing marketing strategies alongside your manager.
* Monitoring Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and make recommendations to optimise the pages
* Creating and building emails for email marketing campaigns using software such as Mailchimp.
Skills and experience required:
* Marketing experience in B2C and / or B2B.
* Excellent knowledge of marketing tools including content creation and social media.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Working Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel and Social Media platforms
* Use and understanding of CRM systems, email marketing and website/SEO tools
* Both a creative and analytical thinker
* Pro-active
* Self- motivated
