About the role:

Are you an enthusiastic individual who is great with people? Are you good at solving problems?  The ideal candidate for this apprenticeship is for someone who is looking to kick start their career as a Customer Service Apprentice, with the view to grow and progress in the organisation in a specialist role.

 

The lucky apprentice will learn and train in first class customer service whilst working for a well-established and successful Housing Association. 

 

You will provide an exceptionally high level of service to both external and internal customers by whichever method our customers choose to make contact e.g. face to face, phone, email, webchat and/or website. You will aim to resolve all queries at first point of contact wherever possible.

  • 36.5 hours, full time, flexible and remote working

Requirements and prospects

Desired qualification

  • GCSE’s, grades A – C or 7-4, in Maths & English 

     

Things to consider:

This is a 16-month fixed term contract. During this time, you will have 20% off the job learning, which is 1 day a week with the training provider or at home studying and 4 days a week in the office. You will have the opportunity to work from home.  

 

Please be aware once you have been selected after the assessment day, there will be a pre-interview with Multiverse before an offer is made.
