A new fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Sales Office Manager to support, motivate and lead a sales team within a well-known distribution company.
You will be responsible for supporting the Depot Manager in the efficient operation of the Sales Office and the effective distribution of products to their customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining an efficient sales office and trade counter operation
* Ensuring the Sales Team provides a customer focused service
* Coordinating Staff, Personnel, Administration, cash control and Health & Safety at Work.
* Must have good communication skills and the ability to solve problems
* Be able to nurture and train staff
Key Objectives of the Role
* Ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency is achieved, providing a high standard of customer care in all aspects of sales and customer collections by all the team.
* Promote teamwork within the department and maintain excellent working relations with all other departments within the depot, wider organisation and external stakeholders / customers
* The sales Office Manager is a role model and must solve problems whilst making informed decisions.
* Be able to manage the department resources and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results.
Salary & Hours of Work:
GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
