Currently recruiting for a market leading healthcare supplies company, who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Officer to join their successful team on a full-time, permanent basis
Salary; GBP20,000 + Excellent Benefits
- Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, email and social networks
- Generating and managing orders
- Proactively enhancing the customer experience, applying product knowledge
- Making follow up calls on catalogue requests, customer samples and other leads generated by customer requests
- Processing a range of requestions, pricing and delivery information and processing orders
- Adhering to agreed targets and SLA's
- Liaison with business partners including carriers, arranging collections and delivery of products
