Hybrid Key Account Manager
South West/South Wales
GBP38k + GBP500pm Car Allowance
Bionical Solutions are seeking a Hybrid Key Account Manager (Remote and Field) to join an established project working with one of our well-known pharma clients. The role combines the benefits of working remotely but will also give the chance to get out and about to visit your customers once restrictions are lifted.
The position will have a focus on encouraging primary care referrals through to secondary care whilst boosting market penetration of the dermatology medication. You will be speaking with GP's in a primary care setting and uncovering patients who could be suitable for referral.
You'll also be given full training and ongoing coaching and support to ensure you're succeeding and given the opportunity to develop.

Duties:
- Carrying out remote sales calls over the phone and via our sales platform
- Educating primary care HCP's on our clients dermatology product to encourage referrals through to secondary care
- Making field visits (lockdown permitting!)
- Hitting KPI's and developing relationships in your territory (South West/South Wales)
Who are you?
You'll absolutely need to have experience of pharmaceutical sales within primary care as well as hold your ABPI qualification.
You'll have demonstrated success within remote or digital sales, and the motivation to continue with this way of working. You might have experienced this due to reasons beyond your control, but we are looking for individuals that took this challenge and effectively adapted for success in remote working.
We're looking for the best of the best, someone who has high self-awareness and the ability to understand what they can do to improve their approach. Experience within dermatology would be useful but not essential.
Finally, we're looking for the right attitude. Someone that can adapt and take on board feedback and suggestions, and someone that can recognise where things may have gone wrong and take action to make change.
