RSD Recruitment is looking for its first Key Account Manager, we are going through a period of remarkable growth and need to bring in someone special to assist in growing our largest account. The role will report directly to the board and be pivotal in shaping how we grow this part of the business, no recruitment experience is necessary - But what is necessary is the skills to manage the day to day activities of our largest accounts, our Key Account Manager will mainly be office-based servicing the daily requirements and upholding service levels within named accounts; however will enjoy the flexibility to attend client sites and exhibitions to further extend our client's brand within the market place.

Role Responsibilities:

• Day to Day management of all account activity
• Working with key stakeholders in both RSD Recruitment and the client
• Key contact with all hiring managers and overseeing the recruitment processes
• Dealing with escalations and managing to agreed service levels
• Strategic planning with the RSD Board of Directors with key accounts

• A robust track record in account management
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong, proven, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
• The desire to be part of something different
