Working Supervisor
We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Working Supervisor to oversee Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment works.
Supervision of a team of directly employed operatives, including quality checking of works, snagging, undertaking works as required.
Responsible for ensuring that works are delivered to desired quality and specifications, organisation of a range of trades to ensure project runs efficiently.
Ensuring that works are carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Candidates will likely come from a carpentry or plumbing background and have experience working on Social Housing contracts. Must be fully conversant with the use of IT. Should have SSSTS or SMSTS.
