About the Role

As a Civils Supervisor, your role would involve the site supervision of field operatives (direct labour and sub contract) to ensure that all Client orders are delivered to time, in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all contractual processes, procedures and quality standards are met. This involves liaising with various internal departments, and liaising with the clients, Highways Authority, Police and Local Authorities.

What we need from You

To be successful in this role you should have previous experience within a similar position, a good track record of people management, understanding of legislation affecting activity on highways, a good awareness and understanding of the Communications Network Installations Specification, and hold a NRSWA up to Supervisor level.
