We are delighted to be working with a leading Construction company to identify the ideal candidate for their Commerical department. They're looking for either a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Commercial Manager.
The ideal candidate will need experience, as well as a good track record within New Build and Refurbishment as well as Residential and Commercial projects.
Experience with both large and medium sized main contractors would be an advantage. Experience in projects from GBP500k to GBP20m is required. You MUST be fully computer literate and conversant in cost reporting and electronic order systems.
As well as having the right experience, having qualifications such as an NVQ or HNC would be ideal, however not necessary.
