Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, bubbly and engaging candidates to join our growing team for the infamous and incredible racing weekend at a top VIP Racecourse. Do you have hospitality experience? Have you got a passion for sports? Want to be involved in the top VIP Restaurant the racecourse has to offer? Fancy learning and developing key transferable skills?

Dates:
throughout June and July 2021
You must be able to make your own way to the venue, there is parking available on site. We strongly advise driving or being dropped at the racecourse. The race course is 20 min walk from Tattenham Corner train station or a 3 minute bus journey bus no 460 or 480

For this particular role we are looking for candidates who have experience or an interest in hospitality. You will become part of our agency and have access to a range of shifts that we have online, being able to book your own shifts therefore choosing how often, where and when you work.
Skills:
* Friendly/open personality - You will often be working in customer facing areas so a friendly and approachable personality is highly desirable. This will also make it easier for you to build up a rapport with customers which enhances the customers' experience.
* Experience in Customer service - Whether it be experience in hospitality or retail, we need candidates with experience in customer facing roles as you need to be confident in talking with customers and ascertaining their specific needs.
* Food and beverage knowledge - A brief knowledge of food and beverage is desirable as you will be serving food and drinks to customers so knowing which wine to pair with a starter for example, is always helpful!!
* Time management - It is vitally important that you are able to efficiently manage your time and plan your journeys so that you are able to arrive to work on time. Due to the nature of this working being flexible, arriving on time to your shifts is essential to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Documents & Legalities:
* You will need to have proof of your right to work in the UK whether that be a UK passport, Bio metric immigration card or permanent NI number with UK birth certificate or any other legal document.
* You must be 18 or over to work for us
