As part of their digital transformation and evolution, our client has identified the need to add a UX focused copywriter to their team. This is an expanded role designed to make sure we deliver a strongly performant customer platform.

Day-to-day, this will involve working with a range of senior stakeholders (to Director Level), across Marketing, Membership, Data, Retail and Revenue Operations.

Working in partnership with the Head of Ecommerce, the role involves:

• Design engaging, customer centric assets with wireframes and prototypes
• Develop user journeys and collaborate with the Ecommerce team using documentation tools like Miro
• Work with and adhere to brand guidelines
• Carry out usability and A/B testing
• Conduct user research including analysis of competitors
• Assist marketing and content teams with the creation and implementation of web assets like promotional banners and pages
• You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties
