Our client a National Plant Dealership company, is looking for an experienced Service Controller for their aftersales team.
Your day to day duties as a Service Controller will include, but not limited to;
- Managing service scheduling for all plant machinery / assets
- Keep all parties informed (3rd party customers) whilst documenting progress of the service
- Warranty administration
