Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30 (37.5 hours per week)
Must have the right to live and work in the UK.

The Support Services Administrator Role:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Managing daily sales teams’ requests and issues.
+ Completing a check of the shipping forecast, actioning any orders shipped with support (registering HPE support, Care-packs, and sourcing other vendors contracts).
+ Updating Customer’s active inventories.
+ Managing daily customer requests and issues in a timely manner to maintain exceptional customer service levels.
+ Working with our suppliers to obtain pricing for an array of hardware and software support.
+ Working with our vendors to negotiate discount levels and utilising available vendor programmes.
+ Processing sales orders on internal systems.
+ Providing administrative support as and when required and acting as the office point of contact for the team.
+ Working with the Support Sales Team on successful Account Planning and New Business Creation.
+ Working with our helpdesk to make sure Customer support calls are logged in the correct SLA timeframe.
+ Obtaining reports from Autotask to capture expiring contracts due for renewal.
+ Pricing Quotes
+ Orders – review and process customer orders and any subsequent amendments.
+ Building relationships with customers.
+ Sales Forecast / CRM administration

Skills & Experience:

+ You’ll possess strong administrative skills, preferably gained within a sales environment;
+ Customer Service experience is essential.
+ You’ll be proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, working knowledge of CRM is highly desirable.
+ Excellent communication skills both oral and written is a must.
+ A High level of accuracy and attention to detail together with accurate keying / data input skills essential.
+ You’ll possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and build good relationships both internally and externally.
+ The ability to analyse customer needs and recommend solutions with minimal escalations.
+ You’ll have the ability to prioritise workload efficiently ensuring that all customer queries are resolved to closure and the customer’s satisfaction
+ The ability to multitask – providing support for various deals at different stages.
+ You’ll be willing to go the ‘extra mile’ and view customer excellence as a personal objective.
+ The Ability to work methodically and calmly under pressure is a must.
+ You’ll possess strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills together with the ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload.
+ You’ll be proactive in your approach with a flexible attitude.
+ Able to deal with customers in a patient & friendly manner.
+ Being a team player and understanding the importance of collaborative working is essential.
