With stylish and contemporary apartments designed for the over 65's, living in Kingfisher Court makes life as easy and enjoyable as possible for their residents. They now have an exciting opportunity available for a bank Cleaner to be based at these beautiful apartments.
Description:
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas detailed on the cleaning schedule both internal and external, to the prescribed standards
- Operation of a scheduled cleaning maintenance programme, daily, weekly, monthly, annually
- Reporting to the Manager damage to fittings, fabric of the buildings or equipment
- Advising the Manager of cleaning materials stock
- Follow all health and safety requirements of role
- Ensuring up to date knowledge of and adhering to all of their policies and procedures
- Cleaning specified areas within customer’s homes including bathroom toilets, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallways
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience of cleaning
- Ability to recognise and adhere to safety instructions and warnings on products and equipment
- Understand responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act
- Understand provisions of COSHH Regulation
Shifts:
2 positions available
Position 1
18.5 hrs per week
9am -1pm Monday & Tuesday
9am -12.30pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Required to work one weekend in 3, having Thursday and Friday off that week
Position 2
Bank cleaner – covering holidays & sickness. 0-hour contract
This is a flexible position which means hours will be agreed in advance on an ‘as and when’ basis, however the hours are usually during the daytime Monday to Sunday.
