Telesales Operative

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Operative to join us based in Bradford. Joining us on a part time / Full time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP10.00 per hour.

Hours: the position offers 25 - 35 hours a week dependent on personal circumstances (this will allow for Childcare provisions). This will be split each day from between five to seven hours.

As our Telesales Operative you will be responsible for both supporting existing customers and identifying and developing new customers to ensure that the maximum potential of each customer and prospect is achieved.

Responsibilities as ourTelesales Operative include:

- Handling incoming telephone calls to the company

- Where appropriate putting calls through to Partner Organisations

- Proactively contacting existing customers to develop additional business

- Where appropriate arranging for a Field Sales Manager to visit with Customers

- Booking the above appointments with customers onto the Sales force diaries

- Calling new prospects to determine if they have potential for new business

- Developing any new leads and quote work, converting to orders where possible

- Ensuring Sales Targets are met

What we're looking for in ourTelesales Operative:

- We need an experienced Telesales person preferably someone with prior Commercial lighting or any technical product experience
