Mechanical service engineer role on offer for a growing company that has heavily invested into their staff and can offer technical training and development opportunities.
Do you have a mechanical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 equivalent? Have you got experience of service and maintenance work in a petrochemical, process or safety critical environment?
This company provide specialist services to several military facilities and some of the main airports within the UK. They are currently undergoing a modernisation programme of the infrastructure with the aim of improving efficiency, safety and reducing cost. Due to their expanding needs they are looking for an mechanical service engineer to join their team.
In this role you will be undertaking mechanical maintenance and service work on site plant and equipment across their sites at Scunthorpe/Grimsby and surrounding areas. As you are working in a hazardous environment it's crucial that you are working towards safety critical standards and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be an mechanical service engineer with experience of working in a petrochemical environment. You will hold a full clean driving license and CompEx qualifications.
The Role:
* Mechanical service and maintenance on plant and equipment
* Covering a group of sites across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire
* Working in a hazardous environment to strict safety standards
* Updating the CMMS System
The Person:
* Mechanical service/maintenance engineer
* Mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or Apprenticeship)
* Must have experience within a petrochem/process or safety critical environment
* Must have a full driving license
