An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Services Administrator to join a professional HR Team providing the full range of administrative support for Learning and Development, and Recruitment.

The post holder will provide administrative support for staff learning and development events, and will maintain data quality and integrity for staff development records within the HR system (iTrent). They will also prepare and co-ordinate arrangements for the corporate induction day, and review and update the learning and development/training schedule. The post holder will also provide full administrative support for the recruitment process, working with line managers to conduct vacancy reviews, preparing and placing job adverts, co-ordinating pre-employment checks, processing offer letters and contracts of employment, and monitoring probation reviews.

The successful applicant will be qualified to CIPD Level 3 and have generalist HR experience. They will also have experience in the administration of recruitment and selection processes and of working in a training environment. An up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice, a professional and proactive approach to supporting and advising staff and managers, and experience of using iTrent or an equivalent HR/Payroll system, is also essential.
