HR Associate

White Oak are currently recruiting for a Full Time HR Associate to join our HR team based in Ewloe.

What will I be responsible for?

Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Associate will act as first point of contact for the HR department, answer, troubleshoot, and escalate employee questions or issues to appropriate team members. Other duties include:

• Update and maintain internal HR systems, sites, tools, and HR files
• Identify and implement improved processes and procedures using HRIS or other HR/company practices
• Act as subject matter expert and main administrator on all HRIS, creating and organising employee presentations and investigating issues.
• Provide support to the HR team regarding reports generation and analysis, payroll, drafting communications, training, recruiting, compensation analysis, exit interviews, etc.
• Take ownership of Connect & Reward Gateway tools, including overall program design and program administration.
• Take ownership of Bamboo administration in relation to employee updates, remuneration changes and holiday and providing the necessary reporting to Finance as required.
• Work with external vendors and partners to troubleshoot problems, gather information, and execute tasks
• Participate in HR projects as needed
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company projects as required
• Stay up-to-date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

Who are we looking for?

As our HR Associate, you will have proven HR Administration experience gained within Financial Services and/or a corporate environment. You will also require the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge of leases, loans or lending environment would be highly advantageous
• Ideally studying CIPD Level
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Written and oral English communication
• Time management including work planning, prioritisation, and organisation
• Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Detail-oriented
• Active listener
• Ability to collaborate and work autonomously
• Flexible and adaptable

What we can offer you:

As our HR Associate, we can offer a salary of between GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus a range of benefits.
