As the Office Administrator/Receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Opening post and scanning onto the system before distributing
  • Maintain sales day book and enter invoices / credit notes on Iris
  • Enter bank receipts on Iris
  • General maintenance of sales ledger in conjunction with Director and undertaking credit control
  • Update Iris time ledger on a weekly basis and produce regular WIP reports
  • Answering phones and diverting calls as appropriate
  • Greeting clients and other visitors to the office in a professional manner
  • Typing letters and invoices
  • Monitor disposal of confidential waste papers
  • Maintain and monitor storage of files off site

To be considered for the role you will need:

  • Experience of working in an office environment where high levels of concentration & meticulous attention to detail are vital
  • Experience of working to deadlines and managing fluctuating workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independendently without supervision
  • A minimum of 3 years office administrative experience is required
  • IT literate in particular MS Word and Excel
