Marketing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team working from home and in our prestigious new office in Leeds.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing support the Head of Marketing in providing a full marketing service to the firm. You will deliver a high level client service experience and to continually improve the functions proactivity, good communication, technical skill and organisation.

The role will provide you with a great opportunity to work in a varied environment covering a wide range of different responsibilities including writing and distributing of internal and external communication, supporting with marketing campaigns and organising the relevant material.

It is essential that you are involved with amending and updating the firm's website and intranet. Also supporting on the creative design work for the firm, managing the firm's photography and imagery and helping with artwork when needed.

We are looking for someone ideally with 2 years' experience of working in a marketing environment. A marketing degree/qualification would be desirable. The successful candidate will need to have both excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidentially on behalf of the firm. They must have the ability to work as a team player, particularly in communicating and supporting other team members. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a high level of competency on Microsoft office packages and other marketing packages such as Adobe In Design and Adobe Photoshop
