As our Team Leader – Digital Services & Technologies, you will be responsible for maintaining, administering, developing and supporting all digital services and for the management of systems which include the administration, maintenance and upgrades to 365 Microsoft infrastructures.

Working in close partnership and collaboration with all members of the Quality and Innovation team, you will coordinate the work of colleagues contributing to projects and develop and maintain good relationships with partner organisations, ensuring the successful delivery of collaborative projects. Undertaking quality assurance monitoring visits as required, you will deliver the highest levels of customer service and support, and ensure the development and sharing of best practice, including the delivery of CPD.

We’re looking for an individual who holds a Higher or Degree Level qualification and who has experience of delivering a good or better level of customer service. You should have experience of managing, updating and developing systems, and of providing technical support to end-users.

Mission focused and with a drive for tangible, timely delivery of output, processes and change management, you will have a passion and ambition for digital technology and its role in Further Education, and have the ability to think, pivot and deliver quickly when required, responding to emerging/changing opportunities and challenges in a calm and effective manner. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA and ideally understand backup, anti-virus and IT security.

Experience of supporting service users with using new technologies such as Drones and SMART technology would be beneficial, as would experience of managing Microsoft 365 for Education services.

This post can be based at any College Group site (Kingston College, Carshalton College, Merton College, South Thames College – Wandsworth or South Thames College – Tooting) and is to be agreed with the successful candidate.
