My client is looking for a Trainee New Homes Sales Manager/Team Leader to cover the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area. My client is a luxury developer looking for someone to go into a 12-month training programme.
This role offers an excellent basic up to 35k plus bonuses, a fantastic range of company benefits plus a generous car allowance. The position would ideally suit someone with 2-5 years sold background working within the new homes industry really looking to step up into a manager's role.
Key requirements: Role Duties
* Training and Development of new starters
* Ambitious / target driven with a proven background of over achieving on targets
* Extremely self-motivated with the ability to shadow and learn.
* Preparing Budgets /Reports
* Provide a first-class journey to a customer / ensuring a smooth process of the purchase
* Immaculately presented
* Current and valid UK licence is also essential to the role as you may need to travel to different locations.
