Customer Service Scheduling Team Member- Outskirts of Burt St Edmunds- GBP19,500
We are currently recruiting for a candidate to join the Customer Service Team for our client located in the Stanton area. This role will be as a Customer Services Scheduler.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to:
Schedule the work of the companies engineers in an effective manner, this will be done with great organisational skills to ensure that they are fully utilised wherever possible.
To handle customers and tenants queries, issues and bookings in a professional & polite manner and to report to the head of Customer Services.
The role will also require you to follow the correct complaints procedure at all times and support the successful resolution of complaints.
You will also be tasked with undertaking general office duties wherever necessary.The successful candidate must have an eye for detail and accuracy, be skilled in dealing with customers whilst maintaining professionalism at all times and must poses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working towards targets and must be driven to achieving KPI's.
The position will working from the office and will pay a salary of GBP19,500, this is a real opportunity for a candidate passionate about customer service looking to further their career.
