Your New Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for leading the people, processes and systems that deliver a first-class experience to our customers. As a key member of the executive team, you will serve as the principal point of contact for all customers and suppliers and help our people to achieve ever-greater heights by leading and inspiring from the front!

What You Will Be Leading On

  • Proactively managing the overall operational and financial performance of our nationwide fleet installation services.
  • Delivering outstanding service to our customers by exceeding their expectations, building strong relationships, and driving future demand.
  • Continuously improving systems and processes that support operational growth, efficiency and excellence.
  • Analysing the root cause of performance issues and working with the operations team to develop and implement remedial action plans
  • Providing monthly reports to the director on company performance and progress against agreed KPIs.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Experience and technical knowledge of telematics, field servicing and/or engineering would be preferable
  • Proven track record of managing teams in the office and on the road to deliver excellent customer service by solving complex problems.
  • Excellent people management, stakeholder relationship and supplier / customer management skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial experience with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with professional, technical, and other partners with different levels of technical understanding.
  • History of putting safety first, taking ownership of projects, working effectively in a team and demonstrating integrity throughout your career.
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, working practices and procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and mindset
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Excel is desirable.
