HR Business Partner - Wakefield - 6 month FTC
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with an organisation in Wakefield who are going through a period of exciting change and transformation, and are looking for a HR BP to join them to support the team as they manage a number of HR projects!
We are seeking a candidate who is immediately available for a 5 month fixed term contract.
The organisation are forward thinking in their approach, and seek a candidate who can contribute to process improvement, deliver against company agenda, while driving cultural change.
The role:
??Partner with stakeholders, really understanding the business division agenda ad supporting management through People planning and People Management
??Coach/Guide/advise and support the up skilling of the management team
??Management of wide range of complex ER,
??Change project work - Such as restructuring within business division
??Senior level recruitment
??Implement process improvements and make recommendations for change
The successful candidate:
??will be a strong communicator, who can build solid relationships with stakeholders, coach and influence, and support their business division and really understand their division so in order to make improvements across the board.
??You will have previous experience in a partnering role and have managed change project work
??Strong in complex ER casework management
??You will be people focused, and can really live and breathe the culture of the business.
??You will be immediately available and be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
