Role Overview:
To plan, design and sell the full range of Chandlers kitchen & bathroom products with the objective of achieving and exceeding showroom and personal sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving sales and maximising on all opportunities including cross brand-selling and add-on sales.
Achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers on site
Following planning guidelines and best practice to ensure designs and quotes are right first time.
A proactive approach to chasing down leads and new customers
Build strong relationships with the external sales force
Attention to detail to ensure all Designs fit the brief provided by the customer.
Greeting and meeting customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their individual requirements.
Communicate effectively to colleagues and stakeholders across the business as well as customers.
High level of confidence required when dealing with customers over the telephone.
Organising your own schedule and planning your time efficiently.
Managing projects through to completion by liaising with installers, suppliers, and customers.
Site visits to measure and evaluate the customer's needs.
Correctly process estimates, pricing, delivery dates and stock requirements for your customer.

The Hours
Full time, 42.5 hours per week, worked during our opening hours of Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm and alternate Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
