We are growing our HR Team and need a focussed and outgoing individual to help us source the best talent in the market, complete documentation and support the Recruitment and HR function at our Head Office in Leatherhead. This is a great opportunity to make your mark in a growing LSE organisation and learn from people with experience in the IT Reseller market.

Must have at least 6 months commercial experience and be able to get up to speed quickly. Happy to consider those currently undertaking CIPD or REC training on a remote or day release scheme or graduates looking for a career in HR & Recruitment within a Corporate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•General HR Administration and documentation

•Policy & Procedure maintenance

•Sourcing candidates with the Head of Recruitment

•Creation of advertising for open positions

•Liaising with other departments

•Maintaining training records for employees and completing regular reports

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provision of offer documentation for successful candidates.

•Communication with Payroll to ensure that all information is received prior to start date.

•Sourcing candidates for open roles when required with the Lead Recruiter.

•Assisting with preparation, documentation and processes for intakes.

•Processing Change Requests for Staff Movements related to restructure.

•Conducting screening for new hires via necessary methods such as HireRight and processing Security Clearance requests as required.

•Creating and maintaining relevant courses in the HR System so that employees can update via self service

•Running regular reports for employee Accreditations

•Working with the ISO Manager to fulfil audit requirements and track information

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

•Experience in a business environment

•Excellent English Language and Grammar

•Basic Maths or Business Management

•CIPD or Similar

•Minimum of 1 Years' experience in a commercial setting
