Our historic landmark The Swan, Southwold sits at the heart of Adnams in Southwold. Our 2AA rosette Restaurant and 4-star silver hotel celebrates the heritage of our business and showcases our beer and spirits whilst protecting the character of the building and creating a wonderful place to relax, dine and stay. Our team work hard maintain The Swan's reputation of excellence by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as we do.
What do we want?
We want people with a 'hands on' attitude who will roll out the red carpet to deliver the best customer service on all occasions.
To assist in providing a food offering by helping with vegetable preparation to the highest standards which considtently meets/exceeds with customer expectation. Ensure the kitchen working environment, pot wash area and all practices meet our 5 star hygiene rating.
The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, a true passion for hospitality and will maintain The Swans excellent reputation by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as we do.
