What do you need to know about Adnams and The Cross Keys?
Not only do we make amazing award-winning beers and spirits from our home in Southwold and have some great shops across the region, we also have an impressive portfolio of Managed properties.
We are very excited about The Cross Keys! A historic characterful pub that is wonderfully situated in Aldeburgh to serve locals and visitors alike, with welcoming roaring fires in the colder months and a great terrace looking out to sea for when the sun is shining.
What do we want?
We want people with a 'hands on' attitude who will roll out the red carpet to deliver the best customer service on all occasions.
To assist in providing a food offering by helping with vegetable preparation to the highest standards which considtently meets/exceeds with customer expectation. Ensure the kitchen working environment, pot wash area and all practices meet our 5 star hygiene rating.
The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, a true passion for hospitality and will maintain The Cross Keys excellent reputation by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as we do.
