Under the direction of the Head of the Leadership Office and working closely with fellow Business Managers and the Lead Business Manager, this this role will provide a direct link between the Corporate Leadership Team, Cabinet and wider democratic services putting you at the very heart of the Council.

Alongside giving strategic support and briefing to the Executive Director(s) you will work with, the role will be responsible for providing meeting support to a range of boards and large-scale events (often involving partnership organisations), developing agendas in line with priorities, facilitating group work, coordinating work programmes, working across directorates on special projects, bringing forward items for discussion, and tracking progress against agreed actions.

If you are motivated by work that keeps you on your toes, is different every single day and believe you have the experience and skills we are looking for then we really want to hear from you.
