We are working closely with a well-established 4-star Hotel business, that has over 100 bedrooms and offers high-end rosette dining as well as large grounds and a variety of premium facilities.

The company are looking to recruit a Deputy Restaurant Manager to join their F&B team and support their 2 Rosette restaurant operation. In this position you will:

* Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to control and manage the restaurant and room service departments

* Train and develop junior team members, focussing on service delivery and guest satisfaction

* Set rota's, ensuring the right level of cover

* Resolve any customer queries

* Form part of the hotel management team, providing assistance across the business as required

This is a fantastic hotel, with an excellent reputation and is a very popular venue, with numerous functions and events across the hotel. We are looking for someone with experience within the large hotel, ideally with 4-star exposure. Ideally you will:

* Have excellent communication skills

* Be well organised

* Have gained some rosette environment experience

* Be customer focussed

In return for your service the business is offering:

* Basic salary circa GBP28,000 per annum (doe)

* Share of service charge

* Accommodation available (charge deducted from salary)

* Range of company benefits
