Data Entry / Administrator - 6 months Temp GBP8.91 per hour - Colchester
Insurance group is seeking an experienced Administrator to support at their customer support team in Colchester.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP (subject to vetting checks) for an initial 6 month period and will pay GBP8.91 per hour.
The Administrator will support with a back log of insurance policy administration and the transferring of policy and customer data on to new systems. Duties will include:
Inputting data into Policy Administration System
Manually creating customer documents
Emailing customers with requested documentation and responding to general enquiries
Monitoring/actioning customer inboxes
Diary/workflow management
Supporting with customer calls during busy periodsThe ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge skills and experience:
Previous administration experience in an office environment
Strong IT skills including MS Office applications and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Sound organisation skills; ability to perform tasks, prioritise work and confidently manage conflicting demands.
Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills
Sound attention to detail
