We are working with an ambitious fast growing tech company who are selling some of the coolest tech currently in the IT Industry. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join them at their Cheshire based Head office. This is a purely account management role supporting a major account in the UK; no new business sales required.

In this Customer Success Manager role you will work with a very busy existing client, working as the main point of contact for various stakeholders at the client. You will need excellent communication skills over the phone and email. You will work closely with the client to return quotes and fulfil orders on varied tech and IT equipment helping them to fulfil their contracts with their clients.

IT Channel sales or account management experience is required for this Customer Success Manager role.

Key Requirements for Customer Success Manager role:

* Maintain and develop communication with your customer, whilst developing opportunities for deeper engagement.

* Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to support your customer's requirements, renewals and expansion of opportunities.

* Be the voice of your customer to ensure their sales process, vendors, product roadmaps and supporting processes are aligned.

* Achieve and maintain any agreements and specific SLAs both in terms of customer delivery and vendor expectation/obligation.

* Learn about and stay informed about competitors, channel and best practice in procurement and software licensing.

* Provide account mapping and support the external sales team with information, meeting appointments and opportunity identification.

Experience required for Customer Success Manager role:

* At least 2 years' experience of working in IT Channel Sales or Account Management.

* It would be an advantage to have experience with unusual or none-core hardware and software (weirdware) vendors.

Personal qualities

* Good eye for detail.

* Impressive executive presence and communication abilities.

* Can do attitude with strong teamwork values.

* Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance).

* Negotiating skills.

* Must have strong analytical skills.
