SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Central IT Business Administrator to join one of their growing clients based in South Derbyshire, near by to Willington and Repton. This is a full-time, permanent position and one that is of huge importance for the company. The role will be office based, with some potential flexibility of home working but the majority of the week will ideally be spent in the office.

This is a key role for the business, they pride themselves on ensuring they have all systems and processes in place to allow them to successfully deliver to all clients and the successful candidate for this role will play a huge part in supporting with this and maintaining this success.

Day to day duties will include:

- Management of all projects
- Implementing upgrades
- User reporting
- Database implementations
- Supporting managers
- Technical Subject Matter Expert for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application
- Primary administrator of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application
- Supports the Business in the development of change requests, including business cases, required within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application
- Acts as the technical gate-keeper regarding any proposed changes to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application
- Proactively works with the Business to improve existing processes and increase the utilisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application
- Project Management of approved projects related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application
- Configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application in cooperation with key business stakeholders to reflect and facilitate established business processes, financial and operations requirements and system goals
- Management of users, user groups, profiles and user permissions within the Business Central application in line with best practise
- Provides 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to Users
- Acts as a technical interface between the Business and the third-party support organisation
- Train end users on how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Development of new reports to support the Business
- Manage system updates; collaborate in planning, system downtime, backup, testing, communication to end-users
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application and other Microsoft applications to recommend new functionality that could be beneficial to the
Business
- Create, maintain and distribute relevant documentation for policies, procedures and training material

This role is fairly specific and so the successful candidate for this role needs to have previous experience with the above duties and most importantly with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Due to the nature of the role and the support it needs to offer, the client are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and experienced (with atleast 2 years) in the above areas to allow you to really hit the ground running. You should also have a good understanding of accounting and operations processes, experience using Jet Reports would be ideal along with use of Power BI data sources
