Senior Production Shift Manager required for a blue chip manufacturing business on the outskirts of Norwich. GBP45k (Back Shift 2-10.30pm)
Are you an experienced Production Manager with FMCG experience? Are you a people leader? Are you passionate about customer service?
This challenging role could be a great new opportunity for you!
You must be commercially aware, able to liaise with buyers from large retailers, rolling out new product launches, ensuring correct materials and staffing levels are in place to meet production targets.
Be totally committed to developing others, setting clear KPIs, reviewing progress and development giving constructive performance feedback.
Achieving deadlines, delivering on promises, with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensuring the highest standards of quality are met, at all levels, rectifying any production issues by working closely with other site employees.
Adhere to the highest hygiene levels and focus on health and safety at all times.
Be an effective and influencial communicator, with strong analytical skills, able to interpret costs, waste reduction and labour variance.
Managing large teams of people, overseeing training plans, performance, attendance and conduct.
High volume food manufacturing background is critical in this role, and exposure to large brand launches would be preferred.
ILM, HACCP, H&S, Food Hygiene, IOSH/COSH are all preferable.
