Quality Technician / Quality Supervisor / Quality Co-ordinator

Spider Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a very well-established, multinational company who specialise in the development and manufacturing of specialist cleaning products and chemicals.

Their products are category leaders in most major supermarkets and online platforms. They are an extremely passionate bunch looking for a rising star to join their technical team, so now actively recruiting for a Quality Co-ordinator / Quality Technician / Quality Supervisor with the scope for the successful candidate to progress into a Quality Manager position.

The role

You will take ownership of the QMS, helping to continually develop the system and the quality culture of the business in line with ISO 9001 certification. You will be leading a small team as well as support and train staff across the business in all things quality related.

This role reports straight into the Head of Technical as it stands, hence the amazing opportunity to join the business and steadily progress into a more senior position.

Your profile

• A proven track record of working in a Quality Manager position within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to chemical/consumer goods manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 (Lead auditor qualification is advantageous).
• Excellent quality knowledge with strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.

Really, if you already have a minimum of 6-12 months quality or technical experience within a manufacturing environment, then this role could be for you.

You must, however, have good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally within a FMCG environment, if you hold any auditing experience or even qualifications then this would really strengthen your application also.
