Virtual Support Assistant - Home Based - Permanent

DWF LLP is now seeking to recruit a Virtual Support Assistant to be Home Based.

The Virtual Support Assistant will provide high quality, remote support, delivering a highly professional service to ensure the effective and economic use of Fee Earner & Partner time. The role will support Partners and Fee Earning teams between Career Levels 3 and 6 in delivering a high quality client experience undertaking non-chargeable support work and providing an advisory service to enable fee earning colleagues to optimise their time working in a virtual environment. There will be a heavy focus on enabling colleagues to become self-sufficient whilst maximising billable time.

Main Duties:

Provide administrative support to fee earning teams in all aspects of the legal case journey
Provide support and guidance in signposting teams to use appropriate business systems including travel booking, expense processing, 3e reporting and use of Microsoft Teams
Process and deal with correspondence as appropriate
Liaise with clients, responding to emails, enquiries and telephone messages as required
Support in the creation and maintenance of electronic case files file closure and archiving
Skills:

A good communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and manage stakeholders effectively.
Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates attention to detail and shows concern for accuracy and quality of work produced
Acts as a role model and is aware of impact of own behaviour
Takes ownership of tasks and proactively contributes to the team
Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines
Hardworking, flexible and adaptable in their approach.
Knowledge of DWF systems and be confident in both using and providing advice and guidance to other users
Demonstrable experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Please note: This is an agile position (permanently working from home) and the hours are 37.5 per week, based on a flexible rota (between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, dependant on the businesses need)
