Our client supply to the construction industry and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join and support a fast growth journey. Key Role Responsibilities.
- Manage and lead the marketing team to execute the Marketing Strategy effectively.
- Carry out 121's monthly to develop, train and hold accountable to targets
- Carry out marketing meetings weekly to keep plan on track
- Manage agencies against set KPI's to ensure ROI
- Create and execute the marketing plan, including planning and implementing effective campaigns to targeted ROI
- Draw the marketing strategy into 90-day sprints, execute to deadlines
- To Set and achieve marketing goals/KPI's based on past performance and market forecasts
- Execute monthly and weekly campaigns through e-shots and social activity
- Monitor the department budget to ensure every marketing activity is on budget and cost-effective
- Manage Lead generation strategy to supply Business development with required leads for the year.
- To generate 10 qualified leads per day by converting web traffic and other lead generation strategies.
- To use digital strategies to draw in leads via google and social adverts.
- Manage digital strategy to improve and update website to set targets.
- To project manage web developers to a programme and budget.
- Manage google and paid advertising to ensure campaigns achieve targeted ROI.
- Co-ordinate product and pricing to ensure all product is up to date and price is competitive.
- To update stock records with details and images.
- To analyse and update price matrix to set pricing strategy.
- To co-ordinate price updates.
Requirements
- A proven track record of executing a marketing strategy effectively.
- B2B experience within a Marketing Manager role
- Qualifications or a Degree in Marketing or a Related Field
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Fantastic wordsmith, Creative with design, and able to think outside the box.
- Outstanding organisation skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
- An analytical mind that is great with excel and analysing data
- Able to tight deadlines, very adaptable to change, and is results orientated.
- Previous experience in the construction industry or a similar environment desirable
- Excellent communication/influencing skills - ability to communicate eloquently in both written and verbal formats.
- Self-motivator uses their own initiative and a flexible approach regarding their work ethics.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.00pm
