We are currently recruiting for full and part time Customer Service Advisors to join our existing household insurance team. This role involves interacting with customers, clients and brokers to help resolve queries. Dealing with written and verbal enquiries in relation to insurance policies.
The working hours are between 08:30-17:00, no weekend work
The starting salary would be GBP17,600, rising to GBP18,000 after 6 months and GBP18,500 after 12 months
Job Description:
- Provide high quality and professional assistance dealing with incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously;
- Provide high quality and professional assistance in written correspondence;
- Complete administration efficiently and accurately;
- Deal with complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction in line with Group policy.
- Work to individual targets regarding the quality of your work and telephone adherence, whilst working together within a team to meet overall department targets for insurer and client service levels;
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a role providing customer service in any capacity
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to respond under pressure
- Experience working with basic computer based applications such as Microsoft Office
