Our successful and growing organisation has an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Account Manager.

You will need to have extensive technical account management experience within the IT B2B sector, a willingness to learn new products and services, and an ability to demonstrate a proven track record within the MSP sector.

This role will see you working closely with our Clients, Senior stakeholders and their technical teams. Ensuring a strong understanding of specific business goals and how IT can play a part in helping achieve these objectives.

Being confident with the services we provide the successful candidate will project both Atech Support and themselves as a trusted partner offering advice and recommendations to our customers on the latest technical innovations, whilst keeping up to date with market changes.

What does GREAT look like:

  • Proven experience in the IT B2B sector as a Technical Account Manager.
  • Experience with Senior Level interactions within client organisations.
  • A general (A good all round) IT technical knowledge and understanding and more specifically of Microsoft products and services to be creditable when speaking with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Continuously developing individual knowledge levels around the industry, sectors, business practices, trends and/or events to substantiate value to a client.
  • Ability to listen to complex challenges, identifying the opportunities for Atech and logically working through to offer the most appropriate solutions, displaying the benefits to the client of using Atech.
  • Understand finance and business acumen and possess the ability to think strategically.
  • Proven track record of technology solutions sales across Enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Confidence to manage relationships on a technical and business level.
  • Experience of utilising a CRM system.

A technical understanding of:

  • In depth knowledge of 365 licencing
  • Microsoft 365 product suite (Collaboration, Security, Compliance etc)

  • Computer Hardware - Printers/Laptops/Desktops/Mobile Devices
