Hard Services Facilities Supervisor
Hard Services Facilities Supervisor required for an award winning facilities management company based at large manufacturing site in High Wycombe.
GBP35,000 per annum - permanent position.
Purpose of job will be to supervise a facilities maintenance team who will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair on hard FM building services within the manufacturing site.
All applicants must have the following:
Good previous experience within hard services facilities management
Strong technical background with knowledge of hard services principles and practices
Previous experience of supervising an FM maintenance team and managing subcontractors
Very good experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair within buildings
Very good knowledge of maintenance processes.
