The Company
A large independent connections provider who cover a wide range of exciting infrastructure sectors. They have successfully maintained strategic knowledge, delivery solutions and management of projects in order to improve footprints from Telecoms, Utilities, Highways and Civil Engineering.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting key projects, helping to coordinate labour, materials, client issues etc. to ensure SLAs are met.
Responsibilities

Effectively plan works daily for dedicated resources, ensuring client SLAs and crew profitability targets are met consistently.
*
Liaise directly with the client/third parties to resolve queries/issues relating to the work being undertaken.
*
Manage orders through to completion on internal and client databases in real time ensuring data entry is accurate and complete.
*
Manage interim reinstatements and Highways Authority defects to ensure all are within SLA and fines and associated costs are kept to a minimum.
*
Coordinate resources, equipment etc. to sites to ensure works go ahead, sometimes with the assistance of Site Agents
