Job Title: Client Support Administrator
Location: Cardiff

Salary: GBP20,000 to GBP24,000 depending on Qualifications and Experience.
About the Company:
Working on behalf of a highly successful IFA firm who provide independent, practical and forward-thinking financial planning services to a wide range of individual clients, companies and trustees across South Wales and the South West of England, we are seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator for their Cardiff office.
Working as an Administrator, you will be the welcoming voice and face of the company therefore will need be friendly, professional, and able to take clear messages. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to working with various documents along with the strong ability to multitask.
You will be a key attribute and will collaborate with employees, oversee the operations within the company, communicate with management and take part in planning the needs of the company.
This is an opportunity for a committed individual to join our clients growing firm as a Client Support Administrator .
What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include:
* Answering the telephone
* Logging and scanning documentation
* Meeting and Greeting clients
* Opening and scanning post
* Preparing Review Packs for annual/six monthly review meetings, including valuations and performance documentation
* Maintain accurate back office records
* Manage adviser diaries when booking in review meetings
* Contacting client due for their review meetings and scheduling meetings
* Attend relevant internal/external training
* Liaising with providers by telephone/correspondence in relation to new and existing business
* Creating and maintaining good business communication relationships with all staff.
* General correspondence
* Always working accurately and professionally within stated boundaries.
* Maintain a basic knowledge of regulatory requirements.
What is Needed to Be Considered:
* Previous experience working for an Independent Financial Advisers is essential.
* Being a driven and hardworking individual
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* Manage own workflows and work well in a team.
* Excellent level of communication both written and over the telephone.
* Computer Literate
