Lockheed Martin have 12 month contract opportunities for Service Desk Analysts / 2nd Line Support Analysts with experience of resolving technical problems in a call centre/help desk environment to join our small, friendly team. Based in Havant, Hampshire, you will be using your expertise in customer service and technical knowledge to resolve issues surrounding installation, usage, and training on software and/or hardware products.

The roles are working on a 24/7 shift basis, 365 days a year

6am-2pm,

2pm - 10pm

10pm-6am

Skills and Experience Required:

* Experience working on a 24X7 Service Desk, in a high availability environment

* Experience of writing and implementing policies and procedures.

* Experience of creating mission critical plans and acting on those plans through to successful delivery

* Relevant ITIL qualifications or experience

* Ability to identify and progress improvement opportunities

* Excellent analytical skills
